This is the world of the Jak universe, according to what I could extrapolate. Creative liberties apparent. ;D Used for Deb's Jak RP.

50 years after the events of Jak X, Haven City is fully rebuilt under a new government dedicated to peace (while handling substantial amounts of refugees), with recent years showing renewed prosperity after the latest Metalhead War. The Icelandic Empire, whose citizens were living under a new equality, was recently overthrown in a bloody coup, reestablishing the Old Ways; a chauvenistic and totalitarian regime. Spargus was beaten and battered in the last metalhead war, but persevered and rising exponentially in wealth.

And now, Spargus has a sister city; Rimmon, the solar-powered Marauder city that threw away the Old Ways, making a new lifestyle for its people. Unfortunately, Kras was the war's biggest casualty; sinking entirely, its peoples scattered. Most of the refugees emmigrated to Jericho; a Precurian city washed clean by numerous waterfalls, established by a Kras crimelord who's keeping its government authoritarian, but through a very benevolent administration.

There are many peoples dispersed throughout the region who's populations keep rising; The Precursor monks of the Desert, the Rogue Marauders, the Fielders (farmers, refugees from Terlas Valley), and the Islanders.
