I never herd about the OS-Tan group. Good thing I decided to read up on the story. Must say I am interested in seeing more.
Seeing how so many still complain about windows, I am glad I still use my Mac. though I do hear windows 7 is a better improvement.
Anyway, nice work on her and her costume I do like the best also.

Speaking from experience, I will say that using Windows 7 is *much* less painful than using Vista. From performance to UAC settings, it's all around better. For my desktop system, I use Windows 7; and all of our laptops use Mac OSX. While Windows 7 has some great eye candy, I still prefer the Mac for anything mobile.
