I'm still thinking about the flea character I'm going to make. His kind is going to attack Harry The Hair. It's a tough one. It's got to be evil/cool and has to fit with the character of Harry The Hair.
This is the first design where I'm a bit happy about.
It's not really a flea as you can see It doesn't have the anatomy of a flea. But I thought: "Who knows what a flea looks like?" If you ask this, people will say: "it's a very small jumping dot".
So that's why my design is more of a ball like creature without leggs. It does have arms to give him some more interaction. And it jumps by bouncing. I always love the idea of simple shapes, which people still recognise.
