Description
Sita, Chai'na, Morchal and Nee stumble across some lost hatchlings in their travels. Since they were heading towards a village which some of the hatchlings claimed to be from, they took on the traveling companions to take them home.
As the sun set and the full moon began to dominate the night sky, the party decided to rest and make camp. Following the sound and scent of fresh water, they soon found a large body of water which glimmered under the full moon - the lake bed was lined with coins! As if to answer their silent curiosity, two ketucari wandered into the clearing, both looking quite worn and battered from their own travels. One threw a glimmering coin into the lake, bowed their head as if in prayer, and stepped into the cool waters under the moons watchful eye.
The spectacle was soon interrupted as a shrill cry sounded in the distance. A few moments later the sound of heavy wings beating at the wind thundered and echoed around the cliffs. With a terrible cracking noise, the earth groaned under the weight of the behemoth which seemed to not pay any of the other lakes visitors any heed. Bracing it's weight against the inside of the cliff, the giant Tark'ee snaked its head down to the cool water and drank for a long time. The ketucari did not seem phased at all, but the young Kukuri trembled at the sight. Nee reassured them all - this was not the first Tark'ee which she had encountered along her travels.
