Description ^w^ It's penelope from Hamtaro! Except she has purpley-pink bows. XD They were supposed to be hot pink, but the scanner kinda messed them up....

~Inked with a 0.5 Dr. Grip gel and a 0.8 uni-ball Vision Elite
~Colored with Crayola colored pencils
~Touched up slightly with MSpaint (stupid scanner!)
