Huhuhuuh, neat! Loved the expression on the top one, though his wing looks a little too short. But guess it's interesting those sketches of yours, they're pretty vivid.

I personally like the bottom one better than the top one. The purple one looks a bit weird.

Haha, great style with the birds. Maybe do a few variations of colours, or try out that style on portraits maybe? ^^ Might be interesting to see.
