He's drooling in this picture because he just woke up and is half asleep. (kinda looks like a piercing, but it's not!! ^__^; )
I was watching Jungle Wa Itsumo Hale Nochi Guu (eng:Hare+Guu) for a while now.
and my most absolute favorite character is the teacher of the village~<3. [Than comes Waji (haha)!]
All he does is want to sleep in the day, but don't blame him, its the anime he watches during the night. So basically the students don't really learn much and so they all get mad at him for not doing his job. (His usual lesson is naptime, heehee
)The anime itself as a whole is funny with full of crazyness, haha. This show has also one of the most scariest characters I have ever seen!
