She does have arms. Theyre kinda hidden in the chain chomp gloves. I tried to show that she did have an arm by using a shadow on her dress to signify the arm. The foreground chainchop is suppose to be coming towards the screen. Then other arm is being pulled back behind her body.

Oh I see it now, guess it's hard to spot with her dress being black.
I wouldn't have guessed they were gloves, sock puppets or weapons maybe. Or even live mini chain chomps. Lol
