Abilities: Photographic memory, a small x-ray hidden in her right eye, a wire under her hair for eavesdropping, quick reflexes for a quick getaway, and video like memory- much like the twins.

Bio: Her creator goes by the name Theodore Donnivich, an informant who likes to keep his business to the shadows. He remains neutral, as both the Rebels and The Chancellor come to him for info. He doesn't take anything physical as payment- money, gold, trinket any of those things. The only thing he wants is more info. Normally something he doesn't know.

One day the a woman named Trealia Knightly came to him desperately for info regarding the Chancellor offering him the blueprints for creating the Stitchpunk. Somehow the blueprints intrigued him, so he took them in exchange for the info she has requested.

A few weeks later, Phantasy was born. But as a week came as the young stitchpunk came to learn his skills and techniques, the Chancellor came and put a bullet through Theodore's head for not staying exclusively to his side.

Phantasy, staying loyal to his creator and mentor, set up her own shop in the very place he did. Like her mentor, she only takes info as payment for what she knows. Also like her creator she remains neutral at every step.

Like every con-man, She's pretty cold one. She'll do anything to get her information, whether it means murdering, lying or just simple blackmail, like her creator before her, she'll do it. No matter what. And with a cold menacing smile.
