Pencil-comic!
Basically the sequel page to "Hitting it out of the park" as Bulma tries to patch things up after Vegeta spent the previous afternoon/evening intimidating Goku. (Who is now clinging to Kinto'un/Flying Nimbus/Magic Cloud for comfort)
Vegeta's been ki-cuffed, so he's kind of under house arrest now; not that he can't leave Capsule Corp, but without access to his ki he can't exactly fly away.

I kind of feel bad for Veggie, even though he did deserve it putting the ki-cuffs on him seems somewhat cruel.. Oh well, it's only temporary.
And wow, Veggie sure got over the whole "Woe is me" faze rather fast this time, huh? His sanity was saved by the wonder that is videogames.

It is a temporary thing, Bulma'll remove the ki-cuffs when she's sure he's sorry.
Vegeta knows this too, that's why he didn't freak out for too long, and videogames do keep him busy in the meanwhile.

Brolli would be horrified that Bulma ki-cuffed Vegeta (since Brolli's movie 8 jewelry-stuff was kind of like that) and try to persuade Vegeta that this is exactly why he should leave Capsule Corp and come live with him instead.
Turles would take ki-cuffed Vegeta as an opportunity to further mess with his mind; like pretending that he's having conversations with Goku over his scouter-phone and successfully manipulating Goku while Vegeta secretly listens in from afar, panicked. :3
