Maybe it was just Alucard going through a crossdressing phase? Or maybe a joke to play on The Major.

Maybe a plan involving The Major spending the night with Girlycard, and waking up next morning next to actual Dracula and instead of the Major going through with his plan on Nazi Vampires/Ghouls, he spends the next million years crying in the corner of a shower .
