It attacks with the power of the moon and stars. It's star-shaped tail contains most of it's ability to use Fairy-type moves such as Moonblast.

So anyways, this is my entry to 's contest!
Obviously, I chose the alternate Pikachu evo category. Thankfully, I didn't put a single bit of pink on the design anywhere. Why? Because pink is way overdone with Fairy-types and I wanted to show that Fairy-types don't always have to be pink. 
Also, I decided to base it off of the moon and stars because that's what the Fairy seems to be about. (speculation)
Proof:
There's a new move called Moon Blast which is Fairy-type
Jigglypuff, now a Normal/Fairy type, evolves with a Moon Stone.
One of the moves Sylveon used in the trailer for the Eevee short was very spacey(is that even a word?) with many stars shown

Really cute! I wouldn't mind that being a real Poké. :3 The sprite and the description both are really good. ^^
The body shape reminds me a bit of Grumpig though.
