Handdrawn Chika Shihoin, the original squad 2 captain from Bleach. Now I know a lot of people think he's the head of the Shihoin family, but that's impossible. In volume 36 when Kisuke takes Hiyori to the maggots nest, it's specified that the heads of the Shihoin family had served as the head of the stealth force for a very very long time, and that the stealth force was actually originally an entirely separate organization from the gotei 13 until its head at the time, Yoruichi, had become captain. Chika's probably the younger brother of the actual family head and probably became a captain to distance himself from the family. Yoruichi treated being a captain as being more freeing of her duties as head of the Shihoin family, so maybe the Shihoin's in general have a sort of beef with the gotei 13 while the Kuchiki's look at being a member as a high honor? Only Kubo knows for sure.
