I want to help those suffering more than I and care for them until they're happy, it makes me smile but I don't like talking about my pain, I just feel bad, like it's nothing, I'm nothing and I just am not worth being helped so I just throw my health and care away carelessly of course and just continue to just help others as I do. I'm a mess, full of stress, anxiety and sadness yet I just throw that behind me and pretend it's not there , only moaning about the pain--

AAaawww I think what you need is a person who is as helpfull and considirate as yourself. 
And trust me I also know how hard it is to be the good guy with all the baddies around everywhere. ;n;
