'Alright, I'm sure I have this wrong, but to me it looks like that man is underwater, half skinned and bleeding, holding a fleshy clam. I don't mean that in an insulting way whatsoever.'
Sometimes I think I render my images unreadable and maybe that's bad... or maybe it's not the point. What do you lot think?

Speaking for myself, I appreciate the fact that there is so much to imagine/read into/glean from your images, or, if one chooses — to not read anything at all into them and just enjoy the lines, colors and movement, which is mostly what I do.
I think far too many people work too hard at trying to 'read' art anyway. Just enjoy it!
