Technically she should be the first rose of summer - these last two days we've been experiencing a suffocating foretaste of the heat to come. But this is an idea I've had since the start of the year. Finally - finally! - I can bring it to life, properly. (Two earlier shoots didn't work out as planned.)

I spent a bit of time searching for the right version of this beautiful song/poem. Many are excellent, but too overdone for my shoot. I wanted something more intimate and heartfelt - Clannad seemed a good choice. ^^
