If you think you still need to "learn" how to color, when you finally achieve that goal, I will be shocked and amazed; for if you call what is good, bad; I can't wait to see what you call good because it will be astounding.
In other words, this is good stuff. It has a kinda bright, cheerful anime type feel to it.

Tho, I can't really get the coloring style they use for anime/manga.
I find myself too much into cartoony shading and lineart.
Also, very glad "cheerful" is what I seem to be throwing out with my drawings ^^
it means a lot since that's what I want to give.

No problem, you're quite good.
Eh, depends on the anime style. Some use brighter pallets while others use darker. You also used a black outline which is typical of anime/manga vs colored lines which seems to be more popular with American cartoons. I personally like black lines, but that might be because I watch more JP anime vs US cartoons. It's not like I think "does this have black or colored lines?" everytime I look at art.

I like the coloring! It looks like it's intentionally this way. I think it gives a soft impression that's pretty! This kind of coloring would be good for a peaceful morning. It makes me think of what many manga colored pages go for, but I think they often fail at it, whereas you succeeded. The hair doesn't look like noodles, stop being silly.
