On Wednesday June 9, 2010, I took my first ever trip to a Zoo. I didn't get to see as much as I wanted to see, but I did take pictures of what crossed my path.

This is a photo of a bowhead whale skeleton just inside the Arctic section of the zoo, a section mostly dedicated to life in the Canadian north, with aboriginal tents for children to play in. It sits just across from the polar bear enclosure.
