Wow, this is old...

I never finished this project, started back in the day when I was unhealthily obsessed with Avatar - The Last Airbender. It was meant to be a scene from my fanfic (I told you I was obsessed) which reached well over 100 pages (didn't believe me, did you?). I would occasionally, as I worked, import it into Photoshop and apply some manual post-production work to add better lighting, tone, and an actual fur look to Katara's coat. The colors are all wrong; I was using stock CMYK colors out of laziness, and the overall shading defies the logic of directional sunlight...but I didn't care; I was obsessed with the Kataang ship. Of course, since then I've found much better shows, but I did spend a great deal of time on this, so I felt it was worth posting. It was my biggest....er, actually, it was my first artwork with Corel, and it was the project that familiarized me with vector drawing.

Here's to a good show and a nostalgic project.
