Now, don't get me wrong. The Idea of a Sidebar is pretty awesome. It makes the whole page look cleaner and more organized, but who the heck designed this menu button?! It looks awful, and on top of all doesn't resemble your typical menu button which in no doubt will leave people confused.
I'm a Web Developer myself, and things like this kinda grind my gears.
