this is cool! I really like how you worked with contrast in the foreground and added those neat looking flowers! comp is pretty nice too. I think you could push the atmospheric perspective a bit more by pushing the mountain in the background back even further (make it lighter/take away contrast in value and color) you might want to give a stronger focal point as well since that really helps an image to stand out. right now I see the person with dog, a stone with glowy thingys and the flowersin the background are catching attention but none of them is interesting enough (in therms of detail painted there) that my eye wants to stay there longer and look at it if that makes sense. So even if 80-90% of the image is super rough try to give 10-20% of the image more detail and focal area/s so there is something to really look at and be like woow this is super awesome !
Anyhow I hope this helps somehow and keep practicing!
