Description
Animated brush pipe for the GIMP.Random sized shoujo style bubbles, as commonly found in girl's comics. I recommend applying jitter to create a more random effect.
Note: Sample image has been scaled down. The actual brush is quite a bit larger.

No; this is a GIMP brush and the image above is a sample of it in action. The GBR file contains only bubbles; no stars or snowflakes included.
The image you're refering to ( wickedpenetration.deviantart.cā¦ ) is a dackdrop; it may have been created using brushes/filters/stamps that the artist either downloaded or created themself.

I don't think you understand. The image above was not taken from anyone. I created it to be a brush sample.
It shares a similar colour scheme and a common element as the image I linked previously, but take a really good look at the two side-by-side.
They're not the same image.

For some reason, rather than being saved as a brush, the image of the brushes are saved, Can i get any help with this? :/

It sounds like you downloaded the file by right-clicking on the preview image.
DA's web design is very unintuitive; the actual download link is way off to the right.

the file showed up as adobe and i could not see the images.

Ah, were you attempting to open it in an Adobe program then? 'Cause GIH files can only be opened and used in TheGIMP, a free open source image editor which has no affiliation with Adobe. (It can be found here: [link] )
