Description
Once again we see the ponies Emerald Isle and Bronze Sword. At this particular moment in the young lovers lives Emerald Isles is being proposed to by a young "Blank-Flank" who's name is of no consequence. He's never been much in their society because he is a an adult and a blank-flank. He thinks that marrying the daughter of a powerful lord will help his station, he has no feelings for her at all, hence the lyrics which are from the Colt version of the This Day Aria from the season two finale "A Canterlot Wedding".

And in the background is Bronze Sword, looking down angrily at He-who-shall-not-yet-be-named. And he's not happy, he's downright pissed because he knows His plans, that He doesn't love Emerald Isle....not the way he does.

...and he is not going to let this go by unnoticed.
