"Hello, class." your art teacher greeted with a yawn. "My name is Ms. Karpusi. For this semester, we'll be doing everything from drawing to basic sculpting." She then yawned again and reached for a stack of paper. "... I have some fun little worksheets for you to do. Fill these out and try to find someone in the class who shares one of your interests. Then draw them in any style that you want. And it has to look like them. Don't add piercings or eyebrows or mustaches or beards. You can do that on your own time."

By the time Ms. Karpusi had finished giving instructions, everyone in the classroom had the worksheet and some paper for those who forgot their sketchbooks.

"Please, don't be too loud." was the last thing the young teacher said, before entering her supplies closet.

Honestly, you didn't want to do the activity. You had nothing better to do though, seeing how Feliciano wouldn't talk to you. He couldn't possibly still be mad at you, could he? You barely knew him, so you tried to not let the sulking Italian get to you.

You and most of the other students finished the worksheet in less than five minutes. No one seemed to want to get up and meet new people though. That was until your teacher popped back into the room.

"Oh, this will be graded." That was all she needed to say to get some of the teens to do the assignment.

With a sigh, you looked around the room to see if there was anyone who didn't look too menacing(you had remembered where you were) who might have something in common with you. No one really interested you, since most of them were dressed like goths or punks. One black-haired kid, in the far corner, did peak your interest a little though. From where you sat, it looked like he was drawing on himself. You weren't so sure though.

'... I'll go introduce myself,' you thought, getting out of your seat.

As you got closer to him, you noticed that he was drawing on himself. He was so engrossed in what he was doing, that the black-haired teen didn't notice you until you spoke up.

"... Uhhh... Hey?" you said, watching him.

The Asian looked up at you, emotionless. "... Konnichiwa," he greeted you hesitantly. He slightly bowed his head. After doing that, the teen went back to drawing on himself.

You shifted your weight from one foot to the other akwardly. "Ummm... Yeah. The assignment?"

"If you want, you can just start drawing me. We do have something in common, unless you're one of those teens who thought that this class would be an easy 'A'?"

You smiled to yourself. "... I guess we do then." You then sat in the desk to his right. "... So what's your name?"

At first, you didn't think that the Asian heard you, and was about to repeat your question when he finally spoke up. "Kiku Honda."

In your mind, you giggled, but refrained from doing so out loud. 'Kiku sounds a little bit like a girl's name if you ask me!' "Cool name. I'm (f/n)."

Kiku didn't respond. You guessed that he didn't know what to say. That or he was more interested in his colorfull arm more than you. You didn't blame him. Kiku did have red and blue flames, skulls, wilting flowers, and tons more all on him arm. Even though most of the "tatoos" depicted something dead, they were still beautiful.

'I still don't understand why someone would want a skull for a tatoo though... I mean, it'll stay on your skin forever! A cute butterfly would be better.'

You studied *cough*staredat*cough* Kiku for a moment before trying to draw him in anime style. You mostly drew chibis and cute little animals, so this was a little harder for you.

By the end of art class, you had succeeded in drawing Kiku and making him look satisfactory. In your drawing, Kiku was drawing on a piece of paper instead of his arm(you didn't want to get in trouble) and you also softened his expression just a tiny bit. In one corner of the paper, you also drew a chibi version of the quiet teen. You loved how his black military-styled uniform turned out! His hair didn't turn out as well as you wanted it to though.

Ms. Karpusi didn't leave the closet, so you placed it on her desk like the others were doing. Honestly, what was she doing in there?! She was being awfully quiet, so the art teacher could've been doing anything in there.

"Hey, (name)!"

You turned around to see Feliciano run up to you, following you out of the classroom. "Hey, Feli! What's up?"

"My older brother told me to walk you to your next class." The way the Italian said it made it sound like he didn't want to. He still looked happy and energetic though. Sticking his hand out, Feliciano demmanded that you give him your schedule, while still smilling sweetly.

"... I have cooking next." You sighed as you brushed a stray (h/c) lock out of your face. For some reason, you disliked cooking. It wasn't that you weren't good at it, you just didn't like it.

"If you're good at it, then you need to make something for me sometime! Now, c'mon!" Feliciano took your hand, making you blush, and proceeded to drag you off to your next class. Which was across the hall.

"Wow. Well, now I don't have to walk very far!"

"Yeah, but you do have another seven minutes before the bell rings though."

"Seven minutes?!"

"This school is huge. Be glad, because your third period class is on the other side of the main building. Which is biology."
