well, first off id replace that windbreaker with a nice brown leather jacket. heres a reference pic from the internet [link]
you cant see below her waist but if i remember correctly, black or dark blue cargo pants and some combat boots would suffice.
go through the movie, take screenshots of her from all sides and just copy as best u can. only super-duper-hardcore fans are going to inspect every detail so u can get away with some artistic leeway. black backpack with orange lining and a black quiver should suffice for ur gear. u look quite a big like her and u already know how to do the hair so dont worry about that. otherwise the costume should be fairly easy to put together. ull make Jennifer Lawrence jealous if u do it right!

Well but that is the outfit, she wears in the woods in district 12 you have in the reference picture c: which is cool too, but I decided to do another outfit out of the movie.

and you did a great job! I didn't realize u were doing the actual "hunger games scenes" pics. either way it looks great and at a con u should be recognized almost immediately. also you're cuter than the actress. Tho I'd recommend getting a military grade jacket for durability, simply cuz cons have a habit of ripping up materials that aren't up to the challenge. I'm trying to get into costumry and props as a hobby so if u ever wanna brainstorm, hit me up

I did wear this to 3 conventions by now. The responses were all very positive c: and its really fun to wear. The windbreaker is not so bad, I bought it at a sports shop. Its for trekking and so on.
Oh making props is really cool. We had a lot of work with the arrows, because we had to think of the right materials to make them.
