it's kinda sad that some artists post alot of their wonderful arts on Tumblr and never posted on DeviantArt, in 2014 one artist whom I watch for 6 years left for Tumblr and never came back, another artist whom I watch left for Tumblr but last year when I had premium membership I saw this random artist on my visitors widget and I went to the random artist's account I got surprised it was the same artist who left for Tumblr seems to made a new account without telling me or anyone else, I can assure you I missed several artists because of Tumblr >^>

aw gosh yeah, it's really a shame 8( i kind of regret not posting more on here because even though tumblr's great for art, it's not an art website like deviantART

you shouldn't regret because I won't force you to post your Tumblr arts on DeviantArt, one artist whom I watch is more active on Twitter, if Tumblr didn't exist then this won't happened, I dislike the limitation when searching for fan arts or other things and this is why I was forced to make Tumblr account, I don't use Tumblr much but I ain't leaving you behind. no website is better than others
