Description
When I was quite young, my family came into the big city for xmas shopping. I found a Sega Genesis on display in a videogame store, with Sonic 2. I played that thing until my Dad dragged me outa the store. The following xmas, I got a Sega and Sonic 2!! played the craaaap outa that game.

Since we're sharing stories here (apparently), I have never managed to beat a Sonic game. I've played many, and spent countless hours on them, but I've never beaten one.

Nice! I know that feel, bro. Back then, had Sonic 1 and a friend of mine had Sonic 2. Good games, but I feel Sonic 1's special stages are superior.

AAAAH! That's exactly what happened to me! Sonic the Hedgehog 2 was the first game I ever played on the Sega Genesis, and I got that on Christmas too! Man oh man... that takes me back to playing it. I felt a self of accomplishment when I won the game. Took me a year to do it as I recall.

Sonic the Hedgehog 2 is one of my all-time favourite games (along with Megaman X and Garou: Mark of the Wolves). This is a lovely tribute to one of the greatest plattformers ever. Love it!
