As I mentioned previously, I've changed a few icons in there. I'm having some problems with the Tweetbot icon, and the Notes app theme, apart from these everything else is themed. Get the Colorkeyboard and SBSettings themes from Cydia to complete the package.

It's the iMatte v5 HD theme, resized to SD for my iPhone 3GS. Check my reply to Koolumair, you can download the full these from those 2 links.
if you have an iPhone 4/4s, iPod 4th gen then you won't even need to resize the theme, but if you have a SD iDevice then just use ImageResizer to resize the HD theme for SD. Lemme know if you need the ImageResizer utility

My upload speed is very slow, so instead of uploading my copy, I'm gonna give you some links. First, download the full iMatte pack from the below links :

After that, download the Image resizer from below link :

Using the Image Resizer, resize the files in the main iMatte HD theme folder, it works just fine and it'll resize the images to SD in 2 mins
Just copy it to your phone and apply... done
Also use the ColorKeyboard theme inside, and the widget theme is also present in there. Also download the SBSettings,Zeppelin theme fromCydia to complete the package
