I'm really not sure how I feel about this one.
I mean... there's a lot of things I don't like about it. But I guess it'll have to do?

This is for an art contest with the theme of 'Flight'. There's lots of symbolism here, and the title is a book reference, so have fun guessing. (or just google it)

I might have over-planned this a little too, to the point where the composition looks awkward. xD I didn't know what I was doing with the blurry wing tips, either. It felt like a good idea at the time, haha.

Anyway this has been finished for a good few weeks now so it's nice to submit it. c:
