This was inspired by a piece I did a while ago called "The Conductor". I liked putting a giant creature next to a human contraption that looked tiny by comparison, and I wanted to paint something similar. I think I might make more pieces along these lines

Love the atmosphere, the colors you chose, the way you painted the light sky... The ship seems so little next to this giant whale. But the whale is also tiny in the immensity of space behind it!
