CC-133450, designate Stroker, is is one of the second generation of ARC Troopers who serves in the Grand Army of the Republic during the Age of the Eternal War's Clone Wars era.

Trained by Alpha-17, one of the original 1st generation ARC Troopers, Stroker is a deadly Clone Sniper who not only refuses to obey any other order given to him by his Jedi superiors but is capable of improvising whenever he's given a task.

A survivor of Jabiim and Felucia, Stroker had part of his face disfigured due to his deadly encounters with the IG-100 MagnaGuards, especially being the only clone to destroy four of them with his bare hands.

He joins Shinji's independent command after his participating in the defense of Kamino, enjoying the fact Shinji has a dislike for the Jedi Order on personal grounds.

Stroker is reassigned to Commander Bly's Division which was sent to Felucia in order to cleaning out the last remnants of the Separatists. Unlike those who went to serve under Shinji, however, Stroker had an inhibitor chip yet didn't need it when joing Bly and the others in executing Aayla Secura's successor, another female Twi'lek, when Order 66 is issued.

Due to remembering how the Jedi had caused the deaths of his fellow clone brothers on Jabiim, he had no morals in executing any Jedi who didn't deserve to live as far as Stroker was concerned. Yet seeing younglings made him realize that these children didn't deserve to die and thus used his status as one of the Crimson Phoenix Imperial officers to spirit as many younglings out of the Alpharus galaxy.
