OhmyGod it's finally done. @_@ Next from the Azland lineup. I started it on the second day in Azland... otherwise known as Italy, and the two-week holiday ended about a month ago. I worked on it most days there (and it caused my strained wrist, yay!) but not all the time since I got back. ^^' No clue for the time... eight to ten hours? Anyway. I'm insanely happy with this. And there IS a story.
So we were playing Magic the Gathering, and someone played the Angel of Mercy. It gives you extra life when played, is quite strong, AND has Flying. It had to be disposed of. A Hand of Death was promptly used. However, on the next turn, it was brought back with a Breath of Life card. Damn!
Henceforth I renamed it the Zombie of Mercy. And there's no way I couldn't draw that.
Hm, a bit of background explanation here. I suck at drawing humans realistically. Really suck. And this is in biro; no erasing of mistakes here. But it came out well! Shock! Hence. So happy. And the detail! I almost never have that kind of patience. So this is a big picture for me (and literally... it's almost A3! The end of the staff got chopped by the scanner).
And yes. Triple-jointed wings.
