Description
The third concepted Rivals Character I'm working on, Riva. I actually decided on working on them a bit before Captain Aether. A river otter that specializes in reach and distance. She can toss the lilypad on her head out as a projectile, and it will then fall onto the stage. Her crouch looks exactly like the lilypad, and she can then warp from one to another with one of her specials.
