In my story(Hoshi Ultima), everyone in Chao's group has a rival. So far, I only have two rivals completed, one for Chao, and this one, for Relichan.
Jimmeh's rival coming soon, lol.
I'm also in the process of finalizing Godess' rival char design.

She has no name yet. NEED HELP!! ^_^' ....Pwease??

Here's an explanation on some points of her design:
Hair shape: It's as original as I can get. ^_^' However, relichan [link] deserves some of the credit, since it was from her Erin Saffrea char that I got inspiration from.
Hair color: Since she's mainly a controlling type of person, I decided to go for a light Fllay-ish look, so I gave her a lighter(MUCH lighter) shade of Fllay Allster's hair color.
Eye color: She does have her sincere moments. Therefore, a Kira-inspired eye color was the way to go.^_^'
Choker style: I wanted to create a choker in a different style than just plain black, lol. So I created a metallic-type clasp.

So, about this character.
A couple of months after Chao and Mikoto's relationship ended, this character, for some reason, develops feelings for him, and tries to be together with him.
However.
Relichan knows this girl well, and knows that she is a very posessive person, so she tries to thwart this girl's attempts at being with Chao. Thus, Relichan has a rival. ^_^'
