My first favorite character from the Honest Hearts DLC! Second was Joshua Graham, and while I found Joshua's story to be a bit more interesting (You can redeem the 'Burned Man' with a high speech check of 90), I still prefer Follows-Chalk! Wish there was a mod or DLC to allow me to take the original to New Vegas with me, instead of just creating a clone of the character that doesn't speak..

I like how tribal this looks like it really captures how the tribe picks up old pre-war things and repurposes them and mixes this with tribal tattoos and a bunch of seemingly-primitive stuff.
