I’ve never drawn/CGed in an underwater setting before so I decided to have a go. It was rather difficult working with blue (I’m more used to working with warm colours) so the original image is actually rather dull.I enhanced the colours with a colour balance layer on top, bumping up the red and yellows in the highlights.

The effects on the water looks so real.
And when the bright sun shine is up on the picture it's like .. it's like an angel is coming..

Is it in the ocean or pool? I think it's in the ocean because the water looks more deeper than a pool.
