Aw yeah now we're talking. One of the biggest badasses to come out last year and she did it all while wearing a nice full and practical to boot outfits on the scene. We need more like her.

Nice! I like Mikasa as well. You gave her a really cute expression - your own style but still Mikasa. I also like how you colored just her scarf and hair while leaving the rest as just a sketch. Neat effect!
So ... when do you think you might do Zoe Hanji? She's pretty bad in her own right...

Thank you, I love Miakasa as a character, so coming up with her 1000 yard stare was fun.
And the minimal color was totally a stylistic choice, and not in any way done because it was quick and I am currently working under a constant deadline. Nope, not at all.
Mmmm, honestly I don't think Zoe Hanji will be anywhere on my drawing list. I don't draw fan art THAT often and if I happen to come back to Attack on Titan, it will probably be the main group of characters, Armin, Eren and such.

Oh totally agree, all the characters on that show are well developed indeed. It would be so simple to have characters like Hanji or Pixis or any of them just be generic characters, but they go a step ahead and develop them properly.

Funny you should mention Pixis - I'll be cosplaying Pixis soon, possibly as soon as AWA this month.
I do agree - development of even minor characters is well-done. Even short-lived characters like Marco have some personality. I guess that's why just about every character death is so surprising. It's not like most others that don't give a personality to those who'll die soon.

Aha I knew my spider senses were tingling. I am very jealous, I have never been to an anime convention. I've been looking to change that ever since I moved to the US. Possibly even try cosplaying? I don't know.

With your artistic ability and your imagination, I'd bet you would do well making a costume. And I'm sure that you could find an anime/comic/sci-fi/fantasy convention near you. They have them everywhere now, it seems

Oh yeah I know a ton of conventions around me. I just have to...you know…go to them. And I do love the idea of making stuff for the real world, and I find the cosplay world so cool and interesting.

Mikasa looks really good in your style. She was potentially my favourite character in the series but she lost a favourite point every time she said "Eren!". I still think she is an awesome character though.

She does say that a lot. But that's a Japan thing. Another Japan thing is how she is literally broken in the head, I think it is an excuse to not have to write emotions into characters. Never the less, her fighting scenes are so cool I am okay to put up with all of that.
