Well... This didnt quite turn out as was expected.... I dont really like how I did the shading, but then again, what else is new? Maybe I should just airbrush the whole thing instead of wet edge it... -sigh- I have no idea what might work. It's okay I guess... I'm just never satisfied with myself. First colored picture on this new account, anyway.This is Aki, a character to a to be manga of a friend and mine's, he's a broken angel and Zaff's apprentice. I dont think I should say more for fear of giving anything of the manga away. Heh... Anyway, listen to the song "Let Go" by Fru Fru if you want to get into the mood of the picture... Which was all going well untill I got to the coloring... Or do they go with the song too? Why dont you all vote on that...
Here are some things I wish to improve on with this, and you might have some suggestions:
- The way I color the hair
- The clothes seem too solid. I need help with those, lots of help.
- The anatomy might also have some problems.
Those are things I've noted, anyway. You might add more. Ignore the texture, it was only done to make the picture look "pretty" but it only really succeeded in making the clothes look even more solid... -sigh-
Character and Art [c] Meh. Dont steal, PLEASE... Gosh, art theft or modifying or using the picture in any way is just plain sick... If you want to use, but not modify, just ask me.

the hair looks like IT'S GLOWING! I luff it. Because, so does the tail, making it look lufflie. Personally, I don't think the clothes look solid... but then again, that's coming from someone who always draws solid loking clothing...

Hmm... As for crits.. The hair really doesn't look like you've picked out a definite light source. I mean, you can tell where the source is supposed to be by looking at the clothes and stuff, but.. Yeahhh...

Well, on the paint program you use, do you have a blur? o-0 Because, if you do, you can blur the colors for the clothes to make it look more smooth. At least that's what I sometimes do... I'm sure you'll actually take your time to do that... I never take my time. -_-
