The diamond shrugged, not nearly as interested in him as he seemed in himself. "Go ahead."

"I'll tell you why~" he did a little twirl, his long hair whipping about behind him. "I know that you've asked for a pledge of loyalty. Some sort of proof that I'm not going to end up being exiled from your court like those nasty little rumors you've heard about me being before. Oho, you're in luck, Sugar D, because I--"

"Did you just call me Sugar D?"

"I'm going to let you touch my hair as much as you want. Forthirtyseconds," Adularia spit the last bit out as if he had been choking on it. Sugar Diamond simply stared back, somewhat bewildered. Not another one...

"Go ahead... touch it."
I have no idea what Sugar Diamond's court? throne room?? looks like, so they're floating in magical screentone land, courtesy of google images ;0c
anyways, this may look like a crappy doodle but I worked on it pretty much all day like half an hour (or some other amount of time that isn't pathetically slow idk) so please appreciate it. now I remember why I don't draw comics, holy shit
