There has been no preserved integument from Ornitholestes, therefore, at the moment we cannot definately say that "Ornitholestes had feathers!" or "Ornitholestes had scales!"
Neither are necessarily wrong as we don't have evidence of feathers or scales on this animal. Although this is a speculative illustration, and I based the integument on related animals, I still based the general anatomy of the animal on an accurate skeletal interpretation of its remains.
Lastly, I get that you're probably just a troll, but if you're actually attempting to prove a point to me - use proper English grammar and spelling next time.
