-- Valerie is quiet and kind hearted soul through and through. There’s not one trace of a mean bone to find in her body. She treats everyone with good manners and respect, whether it’s deserving or not. Due to circumstances beyond her control, she’s actually learned to become a rather thrifty individual. As such Valerie makes due with what she has and is given, often coming up with clever ways to using things in unexpected ways just to meet the needs of a situation. She hasn’t quite attained MacGyver levels of problem solving, but it’s a definite aspiration she lives by. Because of this she’s also one to just go with things as they come, constantly in the reactive and hardly ever in the proactive. Her curiosity is tempered by past experiences. Valerie is not one to make a scene of anything, have moody outbursts because it’s unfair, too challenging, or too good to be true. It’s rare that she’ll even declare or recognize her own merits. The Trapinch never intrudes or interjects, often minding her own business and keeping her thoughts and opinions to herself. She’ll generally only speak up when asked to provide input or the presence of common ground is too strong to ignore. This behavior usually drags out how long it takes for her to work up the nerve to try new things. Valerie often considers her studies to be of more value in the long term than building transient connections with others. Thought that’s not to say she doesn’t enjoy some company every now and then, especially when it’s a study group. The library and computer lab are akin to a second home for her. What tenuous confidence in her abilities she has is quick to be overshadowed by her own self-consciousness about how others perceive her to be. An underlying issue with her outward kindness and reserved nature is that it veils her mentality of immediately considering almost everyone she meets to be her better and/or superior. + Protective; Should Cassidy come across anyone unable to defend themselves in a seeming unjustified confrontation, this Porygon-Z will step up to quell the threat in the most amicable way possible, resorting to physical force only when defensive & disarming tactics fail.
+/- Curious; The inquisitive nature of this mindset is both a boon and a bane, as it sometimes gets her into a bit of trouble and other times leads her to some interesting discoveries.
+/- Stubborn; When directly challenged Cassidy will stand her ground and debate against ideals that run contrary to her own, often trying to discover their motives and reveal the error of their ways even at the risk of her own safety. She can only remember the notion that this was an intentional choice on her part to cleanse herself of past burdens that would allow her to start anew. With this singular act having granted her a clearer focus on her goals and ambitions, there would be less matters to concern herself with in the search of ever constant enlightenment and wisdom. One trait that she managed to retain in full was her passion for studies into the fantastical, ancient, and arcane mysteries of the world. The purpose of this hoarding of knowledge however was not for selfish greed or malice, but to simply be in a position to better improve the lives and harmony of those she comes across in her travels, a wandering avatar of goodness so to speak.

-- In having attained the vessel of a Porygon-Z, Cassidy has moved on from her previously organic form into a sort of magical construct/creature/golem. This does not make her infallible or immortal by any means, just noticeably slower to age at best. Because of the process she undertook to become such, Cassidy is prone to get headaches/nausea when exposed to intense, repeated, or prolonged exposures of anti-magic spells and wards.
-- Her finger ‘bits’, whilst serving primarily as her manipulators, can also be launched as projectiles or given to others as a gift when desired. Think of them as single-use low-yield magic crystals or manastones at that point if you will. They take a long time to reform so Cassidy is often reluctant to utilize them in this manner.
-- This particular Porygon-Z doesn't have a typical skeletal structure. In that regard, Cassidy's form actually more closely relates to insects with her crystalline hardened carapace and segmented body structure. Though her limbs float free and separate from her main body, they can only be pulled so far from her core before a magnetic-like-force prevents them from going any further (1’|0.3m at most). The color of her blood is best compared to that of a blue colored pearl; equal in color and sheen but thicker than what a normal person’s would be.
-- Despite no longer needing to eat, drink, or sleep in order to survive, Cassidy still retains the ability to experience such if she so chooses. However, the longer she goes without one long rest every other day, the more unstable her reasoning and judgment becomes. Which is why she is rather fond of meditation practices to refocus herself and her thoughts.
-- The boots are a lie ; Cassidy is perfectly capable of walking normally on her own two ‘feet’, though she prefers to hover across the ground when she goes without her footwear to avoid making any loud sounds on hard surfaces. Think EVE from WALL-E.
