Yes, I've officially gone crazy from work. Sold too many sparkly reindeer decorations and went cuckoo. You know, it's funny, they don't actually look like reindeer. We change our christmas deer to look like the deer that live around here. No one cares what an actual caribou looks like.
Whay doint you paaaiiiinttt yourrrssss~

Yes I do get almost two weeks off this year, since Christmas is on a Thursday, which is more than usual. So hopefully I’ll have some me time. Unfortunately, just because I didn’t have anything going on I didn’t tell my boss I can’t work on Christmas eve. And since everyone else probably called off, yeah, they might want me working until 12am or something. This is what I hate about our system sometimes, making kids like me work on Christmas eve. I’m working tonight until 10:45 and I don’t know my schedule for next week yet so they better not have me to some ungodly hour tomorrow where I have to miss pizza night with my family and make me work Christmas eve. Dumb housewives, can’t you just not be stupid and buy all of your presents in time so people like me don’t have to deal with your frenzied crowds when I just wanna go home?
Whaaaat why do you want moose. They’re so ugly and full of ticks, and if people feed them and they approach another person who doesn’t have any food to offer, they might attack that person. Also, they’ll charge cars sometimes. Why are you getting them? Hopefully not so the wolves will have something to eat because that’s not going to stop them from taking out the neighborhood dog.
But supossedly there is a village in Japan where people and deer live side by side. If you give them food, you can bow to them and they'll bow back. Please feed a deer for me if you go to this place. www.youtube.com/watch?v=k5XWIp…
Noooo you’d have to paint some scary Hannibal reference or something, to match your sweatshirt.
Can I just say this sign is awesome? Kind of odd it’s only in English though. Even though most everyone speaks it I’d think you’d at least have it in Danish too. Or people will think the English terrorists are taking over. Just read some funky article about protests in Germany with normal people alongside nationalists and neo-nazis over their islaminization problem.
I’ve never seen anything like it before, but if I was an airport designer I’d definitely put them in. The only airports I’ve been to more than five time are Newark NJ and Louisville KY. And Newark is uh…. What, the third highest murder rate in the country? It’s half an hour between where I love and NYC, though there’s no farms between Newark and NYC and Jersey City and etc so it’s basically all NYC leaking out over the northeastern part of NJ. Worst of all Newark kind of sounded like New York to me (if you’re from Newark, you pronounce it like ‘gnoork’). Yeah, it’s the ghetto and service, though cheap, high tech, and with many amenities, is cold, suspicious, unfriendly, and always on high security. Louisville airport is very nice, especially so since Ft. Knox is nearby where the US keeps all of its gold and it’s a popular spot for smiling military trainees, but I don’t know if it’s busy enough to even need to tell people to take a hike. It’s not in the middle of the city like Newark. Either way, I’d totally out signs like that there. I love the quiet afternote of ‘no ‘kisses’ longer than 3 minutes’ Like yeah, we’re being nice don’t abuse it.
Ooh, you’d be so proud of me. I bought my first beanie the other day. I kinda always stayed away from them because I thought they distorted my face shape and I looked like a freshly condomed dick in them, but my friends were walking around and saw and we all tried them on. I was passing a mirror then walked away to put it back automatically, but then I stopped on my heels, lurched back to the mirror like ‘dayum girl you lookin aight for a two dolla hat.’ So now I own a plain tan beanie yaay.
ahahahaahahahahHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAH!! *coughs, chokes on spit, dies, then brings self back to life for fear of being brought to the kyook dinner table*
That is awesome! Now, remind me not go to your family’s house xD. Or convince you all that I’m too carcinogenic from too many years of burger king unsaturated transfats to make good eating. I just rewatched Silence of the lambs the other day, I really think you’d like it, my mother couldn’t even stand to be in the room.

I feel ya, bro. But don't worry, it's not just your system that's annoying that way. We have to work holidays too. It's shitty, but as long as you're not the one working, it's wonderful. So... I guess we all have to take one for the team once in awhile xD But working till 10am Christmas eve isn't that bad, is it? I mean, I think working on New Years is worse 'cause there's a lot of preparation. At least when you're celebrating Christmas with your family, I don't think you as a kid of the family needs to do much. I don't know. Maybe the morning of Christmas Eve is more important in your family? I don't get up till 11 or something anyway so I wouldn't lose much family time anyway xD
I think moose look a little goofy, but also cute. I like them a lot And we have a lot of deer already so it's not like I would rather have more of them around. We originally had moose so that's why they want to make them a part of Denmark again. They're going to be "fenced" to begin with. Some want them to be completely free eventually while others made the same points as you did as to why we shouldn't let them become an actual component here again.
AWW! I'm definitely going there! I'll film them and take pictures all for you. I'll even kill one and send its ear in the mail for you to pet, hahah xD
Oooh, hahah, will do!
Not odd at all. Maybe for you, not for us xD Besides, it's and AIRPORT XD If you want everyone from every country to understand what this spot is used for, you can't just write it in Danish and expect everyone to get it. And it would be a waste of space to write it in several languages (though we do that often. Usually Danish, German, English. Sometimes adding Arabic, Japanese, Chinese, French, etc..) And pretty much all Danes would understand THAT much English. And as you know, lots of our words come from English - especially slang. English is not so weird in Denmark xD If you go to Denmark, don't be surprised if you hear an entire sentence in English, just to discover it's a Dane speaking to a Dane in Danish. We love speaking English xD
(by the way, we don't "believe in" English terrorists, LOL! xD As you, it's probably only Arabs we're afraid of when it comes to that.)
Yeah, I can imagine. They have a lot of refugees and have had it for years. There's bound to be a problem - not blaming the refugees, it's just how it is. If you flee to a country and need to stay there, you would wanna make it feel like home, right? But truth is, it just isn't home and if you try to make it your home, the ones who come from there will think you're trying to change their country - to be brief and put it shortly xD
HAHAH xD Poor little Newark. I'll stay away from there, then ;D And yeah, they should get a nice little sign like that. I think it's sweet too ^^!
I am proud! But I get what you mean. I think beanies suit me well enough, but both my roomie and sister look like freaking idiots with them on and they think so too. Glad you can join the awesome beanie army!! I feel a small Christmas gift will be coming your way soon xD
Oooh, I knew you would like my shirt xD I felt like kissing myself when I was done designing it xD!! I don't think my father's family is gonna like that reference, but seriously, I think that's what it must feel like when you come from "outside the circle". They're sweet enough, but damn. You know, many fathers become silver back monkey when they meet their daughters' boyfriends and wanna test them and all.. Well... the entire side of my father's family are like that with everyone... or at least used to. I think they've calmed down a bit. My father is no doubt still like that xD I thought it was funny as hell xD
Haha, poor your mother xD I'm definitely gonna watch all of them. I don't think I deserve to make all these references when I don't know the original Hannibal all that well D:

Yeah, we all gotta take one for the team sometimes. But I feel I'm the victim of this. I was just talking about this with some coworkers on break, and you know what they did? One if them said 'oh yeah! Better take time off!' And went and got some vacation time slips and started filling them out for New Years and the day after xD. I was telling them about how luckily, I didn't have to work on Christmas Eve, even though I didn't request time off. And this other guy was laughing because he did request time off, and they had him working then anyway! And he's been there even longer than I. I felt so bad for the guy. But maybe he always takes busy before-holidays off and they had to teach him he has to take some team time too? Eh, probably they just didn't process his slip in time.
10am? Nah, that I wouldn't much mind. It's that they usually have me working till midnight. But I guess this would be worse for a Dane since Christmas Eve is more important to you, whereas to me it's still mostly celebrated on the day. (But usually I think we do Christmas dinner on Christmas Eve, and have a fun cinnamon roll and icing breakfast on 25th while we open presents. Some older fashioned families might do the dinner on the 25th, but I can't wait that long. After I open presents, I've lost my endurance for celebration so might as well put it before)
Yeah, best if you're going to restore you put the original animals back in. The moose might help keep the deer population down too if they compete for food.
Kill one of those bucks and send me the antlers and tail too, please!
Oh, look what else I found at work today. We have some ugly gaudy deer, but this one I thought was pretty handsome. For 179$ though I think I could live without xD. Don't got that much flooroom anyway. sta.sh/026xeoobj3p
Lol, I love your quotes around "believe in"! beware, the English Terrorist! He farts pixy dust and hides under your bead and nibbles off your toenails at night! OooooOoooOoo watch out!
Yeah, I think that's a succinct expression of the dilemma. If you're a refugee from a place, isn't the least you can do make your new home feel like home? But then, the original inhabitants feel their culture threatened. And even if the refugees themselves are grateful for asylum, their kids might feel justified in 'taking over' how they can and feel pride in their culture.
Well, if you ever visit NYC, there's a high chance you'll go though Newark. It's close, but significantly cheaper than the airports in NYC. Taxis cheaper too. I know the Austrians come through there. Just uh... Be careful walking there at night beyond the airport. Even I can't help you there. (Your hannibal sweatshirt might though!)
Oh God, it was so funny the other day. There's this guy in my German class who walked in with this beanie on, I told him it looked like he was wearing a used condom on his head. Cuz it kind balled up and had the little nub at the top, you know that look. Well anyway, I am happy to be welcomed to the prestigious beanie club!
O.O
Well, most people might not even get the reference. Or not the ones you don't care about. It's just us special friends of your who will understand the significance of it ^_^ I wonder how you came up with the idea haha.
Looool, that's why I ladle myself full of presents to try and warm up the silver backed Gorillas when going to a new house.
You must! I'd sent you a link now, but I'm on zee iPhone on my 45 break. Also I guess maybe you'd want to buy a real quality of it and do it justice, being the collector you are. I found it very chilling and suspenseful.
EDIT: aww crap, turns out I'm working Christmas Eve night anyway.
