I'm turning off comments in old stuff due to flooding, sorry T_T
You can comment on the newer stuff though.
This one's been hard. I didn't like how it was looking, so I had to stop, do some color trials and then restart. In the end I think it looks fine XD Or so I hope.
Prcatising different lightings lately, like night or twilight. I still need more practise to manage to make them faster.
I also need practise in painting water (you know, the shiny thing in the upper part is water. Yeah... =_= )

I think the colouring came out really well! The shine on the water helps give a good idea of its texture. Great job with the perspective on the characters, too.

I would press on the color first. The color is indeed awesome. Soft orange color splashed with calmer light blue, an alchemy that brings warmth to everyone who saw it.
The shading is very good. The light directly applied to objects that receive directly the warmth of the sun, and just light real lights, there is smooth transition from the light to the shade, at the pace comfortable for our eyes to see.
I sense some disagreement though when it comes to the ground lighting. The ground which the light should come from instead is darker compared to the ground further from the light source. But this is easy subject for you
Overall, the colorization is a success.
Oh, and I got link today about different lighting and effects. Hope this help.

The lower part, there were some empty space there that drove attention off, so I aded that shadow to center attention back to the characters. But it's still wrong, I know. An dthat empty area shouldn't have been there to start with =_=

Yes; use Corel Painter lol XDD Now really, I use Corel Painter X for coloring. It's more "paint-like" than PS It blends color and doen't looks like plastic.
About PS tips, I haven't really used it for painting in years, so I don't really know =_=
