This was something for National Trick-or-Treat Day yesterday, but this is like Fan-Art/Sharing Halloween Tips from an old Public Service Announcement back in 1985 (I suppose) featuring a character named Peter Pumpkin, and I just hope the Weather would be nicer later on on Halloween.
