All my childhood I thought that it was legendary (remember the series of Pokemon where the arkanayn was between the legendary Kanto birds?) It is simply amazing. What do you think? best shiny boy! love Arcanine and I DO remember it was along the three Kanto legendary birds! And Arcanine is the only one Pokemon to BE a legendary (as in, it's the Legendary Pokemon; described as such in the Pokedex!)
