Full-View! So after much effort and hours, a collaboration between ~Tauntinghope and myself.
Cloud by her, Sephiroth by me.
mmMmmm... any way....
Their KH2 versions, because Sephiroth seems to include more colour there (bat wings on his wrists? go figure....)
Which also explains the Buster sword in Cloud's possession when he's in his AC outfit.
Also a little more FF7 inspired background than KH2, there was just no way those cliff faces at The Dark Depths were going to work. (Where the battle between the two happens FYI)
so yeah, best wing I have done to date? I think so.

i had to reach lvl 99, make the ultima keyblade, buy a buttload of potions and stuff, and i barley beat him

haha, it's all about timing 
but in the second game, he will, without fail charge you with his multiple-stabby attack (easy to block) which gives you plenty of time to elixir yourself once you have blocked him.

Ok- here is the critique.
Good points- very nice attempt at lots of detail, nice composition and layout, good choice of colors.
Room for improvement- Cloud's sword holding arm is too long, the two figure do not work well together (Cloud is in an action pose and Sephiroth looks like he forgot where he is).
The wing looks too heavy, like it is just velvet on a wire frame. You may want to do some studies of real wings.
The shading needs to be more consistent. It some areas the shading is rather flat (skin and hair) and in others it is very rich and dramatic (Cloud's sword and the wing).
Overall shows a lot of potential though- keep up the good work.
