I don't think this is as a chibi. Chibi a.k.a Super Deformed usually has a BIGGER BIGGER head compared with the body. And seeing your Sakura, I think she's just fit as a normal girl. (the color has been nice, though)
If you want to make a chibi, I think you should go mad and screwing up some proportions. Make the head BIGGER! Make the body SMALLER! Make the hands and feet THINNER! and son on and so forth and so on and so forth...
No, this isn't a sarcasm but I'm dead serious on that. To make a chibi, you MUST screw the proportion up but don't forget to fix the other stuff (be it the color, background or whatever) to balance the "minus-effect" of chibis.
You know, usually people make opinion making chibis isn't a though effort and not serious stuff. BREAK it so there's no more people babbling about that!
