-Biologically female, but never changed his name. Hates it if you refer to him as "Dove" or "Dovelie" because he considers those his dead names. He goes by Eli.
-This means he's trans- female to male.
-He fashions a false tail end out of scrap metal, polishes and finishes this into a weaponised coping mechanism

-His ''wings'' are fake- they're wire framed, and covered in material. They help slightly with keeping him airborne, but for the most part they're just for show- they attach to his top/binder thing. (Even though 'Chus don't need binders. You know what I mean.)
-Has a tendancy to use his tail as a sort of extra hand. Will push smaller 'chus/pokémon back away from danger, pick them up, and other protective gestures using his tail, almost unconsciously
