I'm standing here justLooking at the water
Watching the light turn
In its giant tower
What I want to know
Will you be here after
The midnight hour
Standing here just staring at a giant
Head is tilted oh so far back
But what I need to know
Will you be here when the sky fades to black.
Standing here just looking ordinary
Looking out just like the common man
What I have to say
I will be here if and when I can.
