Tadaaaa!!! I made Sebastian!!!
I tried my best to get him to look right, so I included his fangs and (not pictured) the contract on his hand. There's also a second model included of Sebastian without the coat on. ^_^

UPDATE: Thank you to SchattenKitsune666 for adding black nails! The updated models with the nails are now available.
UPDATE (8/30/17): I was informed that the model was causing some lag due to weird physics/extra bits, so I cleared him up as much as I could. Hopefully the lagging is no longer an issue.
UPDATE (8/18/17): Fixed a bit more, thanks to help from PhantomPhan14, so all should be good now. Thank you!

And I agree, TDA is not my favorite, though I can appreciate a well done edit.
I did list the parts I used, so if you ever tried to make him yourself I can try an explain what I did, though tbh I've changed him a little since this picture. I wish I could share him, since I feel your pain, having gone looking for a good model of him myself before. I do think this model of Sebastian is pretty good and not TDA:

I've seen lots of TDA edits that are great (and I used TDA myself, though I'd prefer something else if I could find it) but I guess my biggest pet peeve is that they all look alike. I guess it's one of those "it was great until everybody started using it" things. XP
I could try and reconstruct the model using the parts you listed, though I'm a little worried I might butcher him since I'm not an experienced editor when it comes to PMXE. But I'll take a look at that model you listed and I'll do a little more searching. But thanks for the suggestion

It doesn't hurt to try, and if you have any questions on how to put him together let me know and I'll try to help. I'm not an expert but I've learned some things through trial and error. Yeah, it's definitely annoying there aren't more out there, or that some people don't allow you to share the edited models/bases.

Finding good MMD parts is hard, especially when you have a particular article of clothing or hairstyle in mind and it doesn't exist. I would make the parts myself but I have zero working knowledge of programmes like Blender and anything I try to make would probably end up looking like a blob, lol! Plus I've noticed that while there's an abundance of stuff on DA, a lot of them are game rips (mostly from The Sims and 3DCG) and thus often have poor physics and sometimes aren't even rigged or made to fit the model. Bowlroll and other Japanese sites have excellent materials but unfortunately not all of them are made to fit TDA bases, and I haven't succeeded in finding any non-TDA bases available for editing. And don't get me started on extremely difficult passwords and crazy rules (like being for Japanese people only).

I actually just kind of took bits and pieces I found from the other costumes. Like, there's one where the tailcoat is torn and hanging open, so they have the stomach (and a bit of chest and tiny pieces of thigh) available from there. Then there's a costume with a kimono and the chest and one full arm is visible, so I took that and mirrored it so I had two full arms/chest and combined it with the abdomen from the other one.
Basically if you search through the costumes and don't mind cleaning them up (both parts wise and physics/joints/morphs wise) and piecing them together, then you can manage to get from the bellybutton up and some feet. It's a lot of work, but it's up to you if it's worth it.

I guess it depends on how you want to edit him. If you're keeping it the same character go right ahead. But you'll need to keep the same rules and you wouldn't be able to redistribute it.

However... He's a mess structurally. I've had to delete a lot of unnecessary physics, joints, and bones before he'd finally stop lagging my MMD. When merging parts please delete any bones, physics, and joints that aren't needed for the part you're isolating.
You make wonderful edits! They look so nice! I'd just suggest watching the invisible bits more in the future

Usually if MMD crashes because you deleted something it's because doing so orphaned something. Like deleting physics will leave joints with nothing to attach to, thus crashing the program. You have to go through things carefully. Do you use the editor's checklist? It will tell you if things are messed up.
And I love all your Black Butler models! You really make them all look so nice!

Yeah, I've gone through them and sometimes I just can't tell what it is that's causing the issue, even with the editor's checklist. That is the thing where it's all in Japanese right? I'm really still learning (I only recently learned how to clean the models as much as I did before I just figured it was hopeless ) so really, any input is very welcome. ^_^
